Canon T3i / 600D Movie Digital Zoom demo and on-board mic test

This is a demonstration of Canon's new EOS Rebel T3i movie digital zoom feature in 1080p. I have also recorded the entire video with the on-board microphone. This video Was rendered with the audio at a sample rate of 48000 Hz in an attempt to preserve its quality. This is my first episode of Krotoflik and there will be many more to come. I hope to crank out at least One episode a week if not more. Covering more on the T3i's abilities, DIY tutorials, short movies, fake commercials, random made-up music videos, and hopefully this summer I will be able to upload a full movie I plan on shooting. Aliens in my Orchids - Timelapse Strange Earth Lifeforms 720p HD

Sometimes, we can find the strangest forms of life right here on Earth, without any Sci-Fi extra-terrestrial magic! While making these time-lapsed image sequences of Phalenopsis Orchids (also called "Moth" Orchids), I was surprised to see what looked like a little face staring out at me from inside the blossom as it opened! It was an odd-shaped, almost bird-like face with two large alien-looking eyes. "Wow" I thought to myself, "there are aliens in my Orchids!" These sequences were filmed in full 1080p HD (downscaled to 720p for YouTube upload) with a studio-mounted Canon SX10-is, using an LED ring-light for close-up macro imaging. Each flower took about 2 days to completely open, and some of the stem/bud growth sequences lasted over a week, the images being recorded every 3 minutes. I've been asked quite a number of times to show the basic color correction I do on the clips as well as explain which video editing software I use and why. Sony DSX-S100 Demo

A quick demo I made after I had installed my new stereo in my car. It is a Sony DSX-S100. My camera is kind of sux at night, so everything is quite blurry but it is a very crisp looking unit. In retrospect though billy talent was not a great choice as when I scrolled through it normally it would show all the albums but they are all the same except for the end which might make it a tad hard to understand but idk.

Panasonic DMC-TS2 FT2 HD Video Samples under water - Eddington Pond Maine

some high definition footage from the panasonic DMC-TS1 (FT1 in other countries) I did this so other people could see how the video quality is during zoom and in bright light conditions. It also shows the waterproofing, and demonstrates the sound quality under water. The DMC-TS1 is a water proof and shock proof camera, which makes taking it places worry free. Definitely a cool camera, and the video it takes is 60fps (uploaded here at 30fps) and easily editable with Sony Vegas 9, instead of using the useless .mov quick time format. Image stabilization is pretty good until the camera moves in for digital zoom (anything beyond 4.6x upto its max of 18x zoom)
